The College of Delaware College of Music and Calidore String Quartet at the moment are accepting purposes for the Graduate String Quartet Fellowship. This totally funded alternative is for pre-formed string quartets whose members don’t already maintain Grasp of Music in Efficiency. ​

Comprising violinists Jeffrey Myers and Ryan Meehan, violist Jeremy Berry, and cellist Estelle Choi, VC Artist Calidore String Quartet are former first prize winners on the M-Prize and Fischoff Chamber Music Competitions — and prime prize recipients on the Hamburg and ARD Munich Worldwide Chamber Music Competitions.

Within the Fall of 2021, Calidore joined the college of the College of Delaware College of Music and function administrators of the newly established Graduate String Quartet Residency. Previously, they served as artist-in-residence on the College of Toronto, College of Michigan, and Stony Brook College.

The ensemble can be the recipient of the coveted Lincoln Heart Rising Artist Award, Borletti-Buitoni Belief Fellowship, and an Avery Fisher Profession Grant.

Presently in residence with the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Heart, the group is amidst recording the whole cycle of Beethoven’s String Quartets for Signum Data.
